The Infiniti Concept Vision Gran Turismo was
inspired by the design team's goal to design a "pure Infiniti GT car."
It all started with a global competition that allowed fans to come up
with their own ideas. Collaborating with the creators of Gran Turismo,
Infiniti's design team in Beijing then sketched the winning car before
hand-sculpting and digitally refining the model.

According to Infiniti, the concept car packs a
front mid-ship/trans-axle powertrain with a 45:55 front/rear weight
balance, which should allow virtual drivers to drift the rear to their
heart's delight. Aerodynamically speaking, the car packs front and back
diffusers, under-floor airflow control, and an aggressive rear spoiler.
And for show, it has scissor doors and massive blacked-out wheels.
